How thick can you cut, and does it leave a heat-affected zone?

Our Flow waterjet has a 4 x 12 ft bed and cuts up to 7 inches thick. Waterjet cutting introduces no heat-affected zone, which is why we use it for structural and pressure-retaining weld preparation.

Are custom fuel tanks pressure-tested?

Yes. Custom aluminum marine fuel and water tanks are built to USCG standards, internally baffled and pressure-tested before delivery.

Can you fabricate if we have no drawings?

Yes. Our design and engineering scope includes 3D scanning for reverse engineering and hull geometry capture, plus 3D-printed prototypes to verify fitment before production material is committed.

Do you work dockside or only in your shop?

Both. Aluminum and steel hull repair, re-plating, corrosion remediation and structural reinforcement can be performed dockside or in-shop, depending on what keeps the vessel on schedule.
