What We Cut

Waterjet cutting uses a high-pressure stream of water and abrasive to cut virtually any material without heat — meaning no heat-affected zone, no warping, and no hardening of cut edges. For any fabrication project — marine, architectural, industrial, or custom — that means flanges, frames, gussets, and custom profiles cut to exact dimensions, ready to weld.

  • Aluminum up to 8" thick — 5052, 5083, 6061, and other marine-grade alloys
  • Stainless and mild steel — 304, 316L stainless and A36/A572 structural steel plate

  • Nesting for material efficiency — we nest multiple parts on a single sheet to reduce material waste and cost
